Here for the first time. What you need for it.

A new salon is a matter of trust, and the first appointment usually decides it. A few things beforehand help it go well.

What to book

If you do not know yet, there is an appointment for that.

Online booking asks for a service, and that is exactly where many first appointments fall down. If you are unsure, choose the first styling appointment: we call you beforehand, talk about your goal and plan in the right person with enough time. The appointment costs CHF 240, for men CHF 98 to 135 depending on the level.

If you prefer to narrow it down yourself, answer three questions in the Style Finder and it suggests a service and a person for you. Neither replaces a look at your hair, but it takes the uncertainty out of the booking.

What to bring

A picture shows us what you mean, faster.

Bring what you like, and just as usefully, something you once did not like. Both help. If your hair has seen colour, tell us which one and when, including the one from the chemist.

And come the way you normally look. If you style your hair specially for the appointment, we cannot see how it falls on its own.

Getting here

Two minutes from Enge station, and no stress with the car.

The salon is at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 23 in Zurich Enge, two minutes on foot from Enge station. If you come by car, leave it in the Park Hyatt car park, five minutes on foot away. Opening hours, map and phone number are on the contact page, where they are also kept up to date.

Should I come with freshly washed hair?

For a cut, yes, please do. For colour, better not: your own sebum protects the scalp during the colour. More on this in the guide Washing your hair before colouring.

Can I ask for a particular person?

Yes. Everyone in the house has a profile with their specialities and their own booking route. If you have no preference, we plan in the person who suits your goal. To the team.

Do I get the price beforehand?

Yes. The amounts on the price page depend on level and hair length. We tell you what it will cost in your case before the appointment. It is all on the price page.

What if I do not like the result?

If the result does not sit right, you do not have to say so in the salon. You have one week after the appointment and write to us at hair@eddine.ch. We invite you back and put it right, at no cost to you.

We put right what we agreed on. If you would like something different in the meantime, we are happy to plan a separate appointment for that.
