1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to the use of this website (www.eddine.ch) and to all legal relationships between Eddine Belaid Aveda exclusive Salon (hereinafter "EB") and its contractual partners (hereinafter "customers").

The authoritative version of the GTC is always the version currently available on the website. These GTC may be amended by EB at any time. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication.
EB's offering is aimed at customers resident in Switzerland. A customer is any natural person who enters into a contractual relationship with EB.

These GTC apply exclusively. Conflicting, supplementary or deviating conditions require express written deviation and confirmation by authorised representatives of EB in order to be valid. By using this website, the customer expressly agrees to these GTC.

Should individual provisions of these GTC prove to be, or become, invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

2. Content and social media
EB's website and its affiliated channels on social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) contain information about products and services. Changes to prices and to the range, as well as technical changes, are reserved. All details on www.eddine.ch and on the corresponding social media channels (e.g. service and product descriptions, images, films, accessory relationships and other details) are to be understood as approximate values only and in particular do not constitute any assurance of properties or any guarantee. EB accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness and currency of this information. No offer on this website or on the corresponding social media is to be understood as a binding offer.

3. External appointment booking system
For handling appointment bookings, EB uses the service "Phorest", operated by Ndevor Systems Ltd. (Ireland, Companies Registration Office, No 369210), Anglesea Mills, 9 Anglesea Row, Off Little Britain St, D07 F8PY Dublin, Ireland. The customer's use of the appointment booking system is subject to the separate terms of use of "Phorest".

4. Conclusion of contract
The services and products shown on this website constitute a non-binding invitation to the customer to submit a corresponding offer to EB (e.g. an appointment booking). By placing an order through this website, including acceptance of these GTC, the customer submits an offer to conclude a contract. Offers made are binding on the customer. Unless noted otherwise, there is no right of withdrawal. The contract comes into effect as soon as EB issues a declaration of acceptance (e.g. an appointment confirmation).

5. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include value added tax (VAT). EB reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website are without warranty.

The prices that apply are those valid at the time the contract is concluded, according to the separate price list of the branch concerned. The current price list is available on request from EB and at the branch concerned.
The accepted means of payment are listed at the branch concerned. EB reserves the right to require advance payment without giving reasons.

6. Place of performance and obligations of EB
Unless agreed otherwise, EB's contractual service is provided at the place agreed. For all other contractual services, EB's registered office at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 23, 8002, Zurich, Switzerland, is the place of performance, unless other provisions are made.

EB undertakes to perform the contractual service as well as possible, to the customer's satisfaction.

7. Obligations of the customer
The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price owed under the contract and to make all arrangements required for EB to provide the contractual service.

The customer is in principle obliged to make use of the contractual service. If the customer does not make use of the contractual service, the customer is obliged to give notice to that effect no later than 24 hours before the appointment. If the customer fails to give notice, EB reserves the right to invoice the contractual service even though it was not used.

8. Warranty and liability
EB excludes any liability, irrespective of the legal grounds, as well as claims for damages against EB and any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents, to the extent permitted by law. In particular, EB is not liable for indirect damage and consequential damage caused by defects, for loss of profit, or for other personal injury and property damage suffered by the customer (e.g. clothing). More extensive mandatory statutory liability remains reserved, for example for gross negligence or intentionally caused damage.

Impossibility of performing the contract for which EB is not responsible (e.g. closure ordered by the authorities, strike, operational disruptions) entitles EB to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. In such cases EB may offer subsequent performance, but the customer cannot claim damages.

EB expressly excludes liability for third-party services provided via EB's website and accepts no liability for damage arising from the use of its websites, appointment booking system or social media channels.

EB cannot guarantee access to the website or to the appointment booking system, or that the branches can be reached by telephone.

9. Hair colouring for young people under 16
Since 1 November 2011, certain colouring products have carried a note on the packaging stating that they are not intended for people under 16. These hair colourants contain ingredients that can trigger allergies. Temporary tattoos with "black henna" can increase the risk of allergy. Hair colouring is not advisable in the case of facial rashes or sensitive, irritated or injured scalp. With a declaration of consent from the parent or legal guardian, hair colouring can be carried out on young people under 16.

10. Data protection
For data protection, the provisions of EB's privacy policy apply; they form an integral part of these GTC.

11. Intellectual property
All rights and claims (e.g. copyrights, trade marks, patents, other intellectual property rights) arising from EB's information and content remain with the rights holder.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, linking, presenting or otherwise using EB's information and content, in whole or in part, for public or commercial purposes is permitted only with EB's prior written consent.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with EB is Zurich.
