What we hear a lot
Three sentences from the chair
“I only use shampoo.” Or only conditioner.
Shampoo opens the hair structure. Stopping there leaves it open. And conditioner alone is not a treatment — it carries only traces of one and is there to close what the mask brought in.
“Going to bed with wet hair is fine.”
Wet hair tangles and mats overnight. Go to bed dry or blow-dried — it saves more in the morning than drying costs in the evening.
“Blow-drying ruins your hair.”
Not really. With good care there is enough moisture left in the hair, and blow-drying closes the cuticle. You may blow-dry — and you should.

Which brands do you sell online?
Aveda, our main brand since 2008, with 17 collections and 92 products. Plus Kerasilk, Color WOW, Urban Alchemy, evo, beneganic supplements and the brushes we blow-dry with. We only list what we sell in the salon ourselves — not everything that exists.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
From CHF 75 we ship free anywhere in Switzerland; below that you see the cost at checkout. Whatever is in stock leaves the next working day. If a product is out, we reorder it from the brand, which currently takes about two weeks.
Can I pick up at the salon?
Yes, and it is always free. Choose “Pick-up in the salon” at checkout; we set your order aside at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 23 in Zurich Enge and let you know as soon as it is ready.
I don’t know what suits me — can someone help?
