Directions

By train, tram or car to Zurich Enge.

The salon is at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 23, in the middle of the Enge quarter. If you come by train, get off at Enge station and you are there in two minutes. Tram and bus stop at Tunnelstrasse and at Rentenanstalt. By car: there are blue and white parking spaces right outside the door, otherwise the Park Hyatt car park, barely five minutes on foot from the salon.

Where can I park near the salon?

There are blue and white parking spaces right outside the door. Otherwise park in the Park Hyatt car park, barely five minutes on foot from the salon at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 23. If you come by public transport, you are two minutes from Enge station. Tram and bus stop at Tunnelstrasse and at Rentenanstalt.

Can I come by without an appointment?

For cut, colour and extensions we set time aside for you, so we ask you to make an appointment: online around the clock or by telephone on +41 43 317 11 31. If you happen to be nearby, give us a quick call: on the telephone we can see what the day still allows. For care products and the advice that goes with them, simply come by during opening hours.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

By telephone on +41 43 317 11 31 or by email to hair@eddine.ch, at the latest 24 hours before the appointment. That way we can give the time to someone else. If you cancel later or do not turn up, our terms and conditions allow us to charge for the service.

When is the salon open?

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, Thursday from 09:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00. On Monday and Sunday the salon is closed. You can book online at any time, outside opening hours too.

I do not know which service or which person suits me. What now?

Book the first styling appointment: we call you beforehand, talk through what you want and plan in the right person with enough time. Or ask James, our digital concierge, or use the style finder with its three questions.

Does the salon do men's haircuts too?

Yes, the Classic Haircut, CHF 98 to 135 depending on the level, plus beard and waxing. Fade and shave belong to The Barber Zürich, Eddine Belaid's barbershops.

Friseur, Coiffeur or Coiffure: what is it called here?

All three mean the same craft. In German-speaking Switzerland people say Coiffeur, in French-speaking Switzerland Coiffure, in Germany Friseur. Our house at Alfred-Escher-Strasse 23 in Zurich Enge works for women and men; you book appointments online or on +41 43 317 11 31.
