Since the salon was founded in 2008, our concept has been specialisation: every person in the team has their own speciality and knows when a colleague is the better choice. You tell us what you would like. We tell you honestly who can do it best for you.
A Master Colourist and a Creative Director who both also master long hair and the cut, a cut specialist whose speciality is the bob in every length, a barber who can also do women's colour, a stylist who advises you in German and English, and a founder who sees the whole picture. Everyone works to the same line: understand first, then transform. And everyone keeps learning in-house, from the first root to the master class. «We support and encourage», says Eddine Belaid. «Everyone has their talent, and with the right encouragement something great comes of it.»

We look for the strongest technique, we look for the person who created it, and we send our people there. Elizabeta spent a week learning AirTouch with Vladimir Sarbashev, who developed the technique. Göksu is a Master Colourist. Pascal comes from Sassoon in Hamburg. Ardijana was trained in-house and is today a Master Colourist herself.
Then begins the part that matters more to us than the first: whoever comes back passes it on. Pascal is the cutting trainer, Göksu the colour trainer, Elizabeta leads further training throughout the house as Creative Director. Every line cut here and every colour mixed here goes through the same school.
There is a reason for that, and it has nothing to do with pride. If a technique depends on one person alone, the salon does not have it. That person has it. When they go on holiday, the technique goes on holiday. That is why training here does not stop when someone comes back; it starts there. A technique comes in once and then stays in the house.

With us, nobody is let near your hair who has not proved it. Every service a junior offers has been assessed and approved in-house. They are trained by Göksu in colour and by Pascal in cutting, Elizabeta checks the level as Creative Director, Eddine sets the line. For this you pay fair prices, allow a little more time in the chair and meet people who take every appointment seriously, because it takes them further.

Who does colour, who does cut, who does extensions?
Colour is with Göksu, Elizabeta, Pascal and Ardijana; Mia does colour and lightening, not yet highlights and balayage, the cut is with Pascal, Elizabeta, Göksu and Mia, extensions with Ardijana, Elizabeta and Göksu. Does it cost more to book with one particular person?
Yes, by level. Wash, cut and blow-dry costs CHF 135 with a Stylist, CHF 175 with a Master Stylist, CHF 185 with the Creative Director and CHF 195 with the Director.
