We do not ask who did it, and we do not ask why either. You tell us as much or as little as you like. What interests us is where the colour should go.

Whether the colour came from home or from another salon: here this is an ordinary appointment.

What changesTone, depth and evenness. Too warm becomes calm, patchy becomes continuous, too dark becomes lighter step by step.

What takes timeThe further the result is from the goal, the more steps it takes. Some of it works in a day, some over several appointments.

What we do not doWe cut nothing that has not been discussed beforehand. Your hair only gets shorter if that is what you want.

A correction can stay small or cost considerably more. That is why there is no number here that then turns out not to be yours.

Every correction starts with a colour consultation in the salon, bookable online or by phone. We look at your hair and tell you what is possible, how many appointments it takes and what it costs. Only then do we begin.

Good to know, before you book.

What does a colour correction cost?

That depends on the work involved. A correction can stay small or cost considerably more. What is fixed is the start: the colour correction consultation costs CHF 89. What the correction itself costs, we tell you at the end of the consultation.

Can I book the colour correction directly online?

Online you book the colour correction consultation. The correction itself we settle afterwards, because we need to see your hair first. Without a look at the roots and the lengths, no one could say how many steps are needed or what they cost. After the consultation both answers are settled. Prefer the phone? +41 43 317 11 31.

Is one appointment enough or does it take several?

Your hair decides that, not the calendar. Some corrections are done in a day, others need two appointments or more, because time has to pass between the steps. Allow several hours for a correction appointment, development and blow-dry time included. For home you get the care that holds the tone.

Will you cut my hair off in the process?

Only if you want us to. We cut nothing that has not been discussed beforehand. If a few centimetres would do the result good, we say so and you decide. Without your yes, the length stays as it is.

Do I have to say who did the colour?

No. We do not ask, neither about the salon nor about the box from the chemist. For the correction, what counts is what is in the hair today and where it should go.

Who does the colour correction at your salon?

Maryna, Elizabeta, Göksu and Pascal take on colour corrections. With all four, the colour correction consultation can be booked directly online. Elizabeta is Creative Director with over 20 years behind the chair, Göksu is a Master Colourist of the Aveda Academy, Pascal a Master Stylist with Sassoon training.
